本数据集为国家重点研发计划“高效固体氧化物燃料电池退化机理及延寿策略研究”课题5“电堆集成辅助系统( BOP)动静态分析与效率优化的热电管控研究”项目中的SOFC电堆集成辅助系统热电管控数据集。数据采集地点在徐州市固体氧化物燃料电池工程研究中心,仿真数据生成于清华大学。
SOFC电堆集成辅助系统热电管控数据,内含1个数据集说明文件,6篇论文、7篇发明专利。
系统样机及测试设备归属徐州市检验检测中心,测试设备包括室温部分和高温部分。室温部分由系统控制单元、阴极空气与阳极燃料供应单元、仪器单元等组成,高温部分由电炉及其控制单元,阴极和阳极气体输入输出单元等组成。仪器单元配置电子负载、阻抗谱仪、内阻仪等。实验用Excel记录数据。测试过程均依照中华人民共和国能源行业标准《固体氧化物燃料电池 单电池测试方法》(NB/T 10820-2021)以及《固体氧化物燃料电池/电池堆测试方法》(NB/T 10821-2021)。
数据集中电堆模型搭建及系统模拟数据在清华大学燃料电池实验室配置的用于SOFC仿真的计算机上展开。
This dataset is the SOFC stack integrated auxiliary system thermoelectric management dataset from Task 5 "Thermoelectric Management Research for Stack Integrated Auxiliary System (BOP) Dynamic and Static Analysis and Efficiency Optimization" of the National Key R&D Program of China "Research on Degradation Mechanism and Life Extension Strategy of High-Efficiency Solid Oxide Fuel Cells". Data was collected at Xuzhou Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Engineering Research Center, while simulation data was generated at Tsinghua University.
The SOFC stack integrated auxiliary system thermoelectric management dataset includes 1 dataset description document, 6 academic papers, and 7 invention patents.
The system prototype and test equipment are owned by Xuzhou Inspection and Testing Center. The test equipment consists of a room-temperature section and a high-temperature section. The room-temperature section includes a system control unit, cathode air and anode fuel supply unit, instrument unit, and other components. The high-temperature section includes an electric furnace and its control unit, cathode and anode gas input and output units, and other components. The instrument unit is equipped with electronic loads, impedance spectrometers, internal resistance meters, and other instruments. Data was recorded using Excel during experiments. All test procedures were conducted in accordance with the People's Republic of China Energy Industry Standards "Test Methods for Single Solid Oxide Fuel Cells" (NB/T 10820-2021) and "Test Methods for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells/Stacks" (NB/T 10821-2021).
The stack model construction and system simulation data in this dataset were generated on computers configured for SOFC simulation in the Fuel Cell Laboratory of Tsinghua University.
