Development Plan Rahlstedt 61 1st Amendment Hamburg

The following provisions are added to Section 2 of the Act on the Rahlstedt 61 Development Plan of 12 October 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 276): 2
"7. In the purely residential area on plots 372 to 376, 378 to 382, 1051, 1029 and 1030 on Parchimer Strasse, parallel peripheral development is required; the building depth shall be measured between the side of the street and the back of the building. No more than two apartments per building are allowed. Recessed floors and flat roofs are excluded. The permissible platform height shall be limited to 0,5 m on both sides."
