Seminaire de Geometrie Algebrique (SGA): English Translation Working Drafts

Public SGA working-translation record for the Modern LaTeX Editions of Mathematics Manuscripts project. This version preserves the existing reader-facing PDFs, source-scan witnesses, and repair/source ZIPs while adding one compact SGA5 repair032 audit-support bundle: SGA5_repair032_audit_support_20260624.zip. Status at a glance. This is a substantial working-draft and repair record, not a globally certified complete edition and not a critical edition. The SGA5 material is explicitly not complete and should be assumed to contain many remaining errors unless a later, narrower source-audit packet promotes a specific locus. Current SGA5 audit caveat. A later local SGA5 full-audit workpass (sga5_full_audit_20260623) confirms why the global caveat is necessary: as of the observed status file, source pages 1-50 of 484 were fully audited in order, plus the out-of-order source page 103 diagram (4.4.2). That pass reports 17 TeX transcription fixes, 6 emendations kept, 3 source errata flagged, 1 unresolved line, and a deferred per-instance SGA/SGAA citation classification pass. This proves that diagram errors and prose/symbol/functor-level errors remain in older global drafts and outside the audited loci. New file in this version. SGA5_repair032_audit_support_20260624.zip bundles the local repair032 final packet, p205-p226 microaudit packet, remaining-error web-drop, README, and checksum manifest. The bundle is included so the current local repair/audit evidence is preserved in one slot on a record already at Zenodo file-count pressure. File-surface curation note. The SGA record is at Zenodo's 100-file ceiling. This version removes the obsolete tiny sga_repair019_public_summary.json file from the latest file surface in order to add the repair032 audit-support bundle. Earlier versions preserve previous files. Filename warning. Older filenames containing words such as Complete, Strict, Source-Checked, or High-Fidelity are legacy package names and are not current global certification claims. Source-witness and aid ZIPs are locator/check layers, not textual authority by themselves. Treat SGA6 and SGA7 as substantial working drafts with explicit compression/source-check caveats unless a specific later packet declares source-checked coverage. Corrections and contributions.
