It is compiled from COMPASS member agencies. Propsed roadways (dashed lines) are not actual alignments and some require studies. The color scheme is as follows: Interstates are represented as a solid line in navy blue, expressways and other freeways are solid orange lines, principal arterials are solid red lines, minor arterials are solid green lines, and collectors are solid purple lines. Proposed roadways are represented by dashed lines of their classification’s corresponding color. No horizon year is provided for this long-range dataset; this means that the Long Range Planning Classification Map does not hold any information on when, where, or even if particular projects will occur.
