Hi-C Sequencing unravels dynamic 3D chromatin interactions in muntjac lineage: insights from chromosome fusions in Fea's muntjac genome

We performed HiC sequencing and used this data to explore the 3D genome structure of Fea muntjac, Muntiacus feae. We detected patterns of chromosomal fusions by comparing analysis with other muntjac species. We also analyzed the variation of Topologically Associating Domains across species and discussed their implications for genome evolution.
