IDMT-SMT Guitar Dataset

This dataset comprises 64 short music excerpts with varied styles and tempos, recorded using two distinct guitars. However, only the recordings from the Career SG guitar were employed in this study. These recordings were processed with three distinct distortion effects: "clean distortion", "mild distortion", and "heavy distortion". The dataset is divided into an unpaired dataset (with input and output distributions) and a paired test set for evaluation. A total of 37 minutes of recorded audio is available for use. The goal of this task is to conduct unsupervised guitar distortion modeling.
