CT26 NR vs PBS single-cell sequencing gene

BALB/c mice were injected intradermally with 2×106 CT26 cells suspended in 100 μl of HBSS. When the tumors reached approximately 50–100 mm3, the mice were randomly grouped and intratumorally treated with an ADV dose of 5×107 pfu. The first administration was recorded as the first day, with injections every other day for a total of three times. The survival and tumor size of the animals were observed every other day. The tumor volume was calculated as 0.5 × length × width2. After three treatments, ADV-group mice were classified as responders or non-responders based on tumor volume relative to that of the PBS control. Three to five days after the last injection of the virus, the mice were sacrificed and the PBS tumor tissues as well as the tumor tissues of the non-responders group were collected for single-cell sequencing.
