AstroTransit Discovery Scale-Up Campaign (2026-07-11): small-cool prioritization, crosscheck, and selected WSL MCMC follow-up

This dataset contains the outputs of the AstroTransit discovery scale-up campaign, including: - Repository cleanup and operational reorganization of the AstroTransit pipeline - v4 small-cool target-pool builder with proximity deduplication and multisector prioritization - Systematic non-TOI discovery scan of 293 TESS targets - Science-priority filtering for small/cool-system candidates - Known-status crosscheck against TOI catalog, verified targets, and NASA Exoplanet Archive - Selected WSL MCMC follow-up for top candidates Six candidates reached successful WSL MCMC convergence (r_hat < 1.04, zero divergences), all with sub-Earth to sub-Neptune radii and temperate equilibrium temperatures, and all returning NO_KNOWN_MATCH_FOUND in crosscheck.
