Single-Cell Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Differential Signatures of Human Left-Sided and Right-Sided Colon

In our study, we obtained paired normal left-sided and right-sided colon mucosa tissues by colonoscopy, and 9,642 individual cells were analyzed by single-cell RNA-seq, which aims to explore the differennces of cell component between the left and the right colon. This dataset consists of 4 10x Genomics libraries including paired Left colon and right colon tissues from two healthy patients. The first two libraries were obtained from a 48-year-old female by colonoscopy, and the second two libraries were obtained from a 46-year-old male.
