Dataset on the Impact of Tax Incentives and Fuel Prices on Consumer Perception Toward Electric Vehicle Adoption in Indonesia
收藏资源简介:
This dataset was collected as part of a study examining the impact of tax incentives and fuel prices on consumer perception toward electric vehicle (EV) adoption in Indonesia, particularly in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the theoretical framework, the survey explores how economic factors influence consumer attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control about EV adoption.Data were gathered through an online questionnaire targeting respondents interested in purchasing EVs. A total of 109 valid responses were obtained. The dataset includes variables related to tax incentives, fuel prices, intention to adopt EVs, and demographic characteristics. This research contributes to the broader discourse on energy transition and renewable energy adoption, particularly in developing countries where fiscal and policy instruments are crucial in shifting consumer behavior toward cleaner technologies. The dataset suits researchers studying consumer behavior, renewable energy, sustainable transportation, energy transition, and public policy in developing countries.
