Our recent study indicated that CK1a is expressed in both germ cells and somatic cells within the mouse testes, exerting regulatory control over spermatogenesis. Overall design: TRIzol reagent (TaKaRa, Dalian, China) was used to extract total RNA from E16.5 mouse testes. Totally, 3cKO mice and 3WT mice was performed.
