datasets for paper submission, Viability of High-Frequency Environmental DNA (eDNA) Sampling as a Fish Enumeration Tool. eDNA dataset was from water samples collected daily over the river herring spawning season on the Choptank River near Greensboro, MD. The fish count dataset was enumerated by a trained observer watching imaging sonar videos collected 10 minutes/hour at the same site on the Choptank River.
