WDFY4 is a gene essential for in vivo cross-presentation. The goal of this study was to find if there were transcriptional differences between WT and WDFY4 KO cDC1 under either steady state conditions or under conditions of activation in order to give us clues as to the mechanism of action. WDFY4 het and KO mice were injected with regressor tumors and cDC1 from either the draining or non-draining skin-draining lymph nodes were harvested after 6 days of tumor growth
