资源简介:
Passive integrated transponder (PIT) detections across the Upper Klamath River Basin were combined from all fish that were detected making a passage attempt at the Link River Dam fish ladder from 2008 - 2024. In July 2007, four PIT tag antennas (FS1001 Muliplexer transceiver [MUX] units) arrays which were originally installed by Biomark. In October 2023, antennas were upgraded to Biomark IS1001 Master Controller units. Detections include the following species: Lost River suckers (Deltistes luxatus), shortnose suckers (Chasmistes brevirostris), redband or rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), and Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha). Data summaries quanitfy successful passage and speed for fish that traversed the fish ladder and are provided in a powerpoint slide deck that were made from accompanying R code and input data.
