We report a comprehensive cell atlas of the lungs from Smad4fl/fl and Smad4fl/fl;Rosa26-creERT2 (Smad4iko) mice. Overall design: The mouse lung tissue blocks were dissected from Smad4fl/fl and Smad4fl/fl;Rosa26-creERT2 (Smad4iko) mice and dissociated to yield single cell suspension. A total of 3 Smad4fl/fl and 4 Smad4iko mouse samples were used for single cell RNA sequencing.
