LBA observations for project V583 semester 2020APRS

We request two 12 hour sessions at the LBA facilities to observe 39 radio stars at declination range -50° to +10°. In order to detect radio stars as weak as a few mJy, we will also coordinate to include Tianma 65-m radio telescope (Tianma65) to reach higher sensitivity. The goal of the proposed observations is to observe radio stars at the phase reference mode for high precision astrometry. The astrometric results of radio stars, including parallaxes, proper motions and invisible companions, will enable us to obtain their dynamic information and align the latest International Celestial Reference Frame (ICRF) maintained by VLBI and Gaia celestial reference frame (GCRF).
