The m6A methylation regulatory pattern of lung lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma based on exosomal transcriptome analysis

Pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (pLELC) is a very rare malignancy, which lacks specific biomarkers. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most widespread internal modification of mRNA and its dysregulation is involved in the development of many cancers. However, the expression of m6A genes in pLELC and their roles are unknown.In this study, we compared exosomal RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data of pLELC and healthy individuals, focusing on the expression of m6A-related genes.
