Effect of pine wood nematodes on host root fungi and inter-root microorganisms

The community structure and function of PWN-infected black pine fine root fungi and their inter-rhizosphere fungi and bacteria, their infestation rates and inter-rhizosphere soil enzyme activities were investigated using high-throughput sequencing combined with functional prediction (PICRUStand FUNGuild), the community structure and function of PWN naturally infected black pine fine root fungi and their inter-rhizosphere fungi and bacteria, the rate of mycorrhizal fungal infestation and inter-rhizosphere soil enzyme activity were investigated.
