Sunflower SSR Dataset

A set of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.) categorized into five distinct groups were used in the study. These groups consisted of 23 restorer lines, 30 CMS lines, 8 foreign hybrids, 3 Iranian hybrids, and 4 foreign open pollinated cultivars.
