Differential expression of host cell genes and their implications in PCV2 infection

We examined the differential gene expression in VR1BL cells in vitro with and without PCV2 infection VR1BL cells were infected with PCV2b strain (GenBank ID JF290418) at an MOI of 1 for 4 days and control cells were mock infected for 4 days. Total RNA was isolated from 3 control and 3 infected replicates and RNA-seq was performed using an illumina GAIIx.
