Databases

OE-Databases are the spike sorting and clustering of rats' cells included in the study. Nex-Database are the Neuroexplorer files containing neurons timestamps and positions of the animals which allow us to perform cells analysis. Statistics contains 3 files: - behavior: statistics for the behavioral results - characterization: data for cell characterization (proximal, distal, unidentified) - parameters: statistics of cells featuresOE数据库（OE-Databases）为本研究收录的大鼠细胞锋电位分选与聚类数据集。NEX数据库（Nex-Database）为存储有神经元时间戳与动物位置信息的Neuroexplorer格式文件，可用于开展细胞分析相关工作。统计数据集包含3个文件： - 行为（behavior）文件：对应行为学结果的统计数据； - 表征（characterization）文件：用于细胞表征分析，涵盖近端、远端及未鉴定类型细胞的相关数据； - 参数（parameters）文件：包含细胞特征的统计信息。
