资源简介:
This study reports the investigated variation in plant density, mass and viability of seeds, female fitness and post dispersal inbreeding depression of seeds from flowers of both sexual morphs of the distylous Primula nivalis subjected to different pollination treatments in three populations along an altitudinal gradient. Overall, results indicated that female fitness and inbreeding depression varied according to elevation and environmental variations in both morphotypes. Because these results help understanding the consequences of climate change in plants female fitness as is the case of alpine regions, we believe that our study makes a significant contribution to the literature and will be of interest to the readership of your journal.
