Our previous findings demonstrated that the hydrogel-based matrix promotes fibroblast cell proliferation and migration, while also facilitating positive cell-matrix interactions with seeded keratinocyte cells. To further investigate the molecular changes in fibroblast cells within the HNT-based hydrogel, we conducted RNA-seq analysis on both the control and the cytokine- stimulated groups, with and without HNT, on Day 3.
