CKR-1 Orchestrates Two Motor States from a Single Motoneuron in C. elegans

"All average curvatures" excel contains two sets of data, average body curvature and average omega curvature. The body was partitioned into 32 "body segments" for curvature analysis. The body curvature is the average value of 32 body segments. The omega curvature means the average value of 0%-60% anterior part.
"Omega curvature" excel show raw data of head curvature. Each column is the curvature of the first 20 segments of the body.
Each column of "body curvature" excel represents a superposition of the worm's three-minute body curvature.
Excel of "Figure 3" show the raw data of example trace and average current parameters.
