Impact of Covid-19 pandemic and consequent online teaching on medical education: subjective and objective assessment

In the current study, we examined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and online education on the academic performance of medical students; face-to-face (2019), fully online (2020), and a combination of these methods (2021), collecting data from 324 students. The attached dataset includes characterization of the study participants, self-assessed English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) before and after the course, and academic performance (medical terminology, evidence-based medicine, and final exam) of the students.
