Dataset of mental health and nutrition on COVID-19 patients in Indonesia

This data article presented about the data of nutrition and mental health including anxiety, depression, and stress among 259 respondents that has analyzed descriptively. The data has been collected using online questionnaire in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Island, Indonesia among post-covid-19 patients in several sub-districts area of Samarinda. The data collected using purposive sampling, at one-time data retrieval in 2022 using Short Form Food Literacy Questionnaire (SFLQ) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21).本数据文章介绍了259名受访者的营养与心理健康相关数据，涵盖焦虑、抑郁及压力状况，该数据集已完成描述性分析。本次数据采集面向印尼东加里曼丹岛（East Kalimantan Island）三马林达市（Samarinda City）多个分区的新冠感染后患者，采用线上问卷方式完成。数据采集采用目的抽样法，于2022年开展一次性数据收集，使用的调研工具包括简版食物素养问卷（Short Form Food Literacy Questionnaire, SFLQ）与抑郁焦虑压力量表-21（Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21, DASS-21）。
