Transcript responses of lipid accumulation in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa to varying nitrogen deprivation

Varying levels of nitrogen deprivation can improve lipid accumulation differently in microalgae, whose underlying regulations are unknown. To investigate the related mechanisms, Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa was exposed to 1.5, 1, 0.5 and 0 g/L sodium nitrate (NaNO3) for 5 days and RNA-seq were detected. The experimental design includes 1.5, 1, 0.5 and 0 g/L NaNO3 groups, which have three biological repetition. The 1.5 g/L NaNO3 group is the control group.
