In this paper, the influencing factors of university teachers' intention to flow in Hebei Province are taken as the research object. The universities in the province are divided into public undergraduates, private undergraduates, public colleges, and private colleges. Questionnaires are sent to 39 colleges. Analyze and summarize the basic situation of individuals, personal factors, family factors, college factors, social factors, etc., and use the statistical analysis method of structural equations to further quantify the correlation between the factors that affect the flow of college teachers and the degree of influence of each factor The conclusions are as follows: (1) Compared with the individual characteristics of teachers, college factors are the factors that have the greatest influence on the intention of teachers 'mobility (standardized path coefficient is 0.274); (2) Among college factors, academic working conditions are the intention of teachers' mobility The most influential factors (standardized path coefficient is 0.903); (3) social factors and family factors have a more balanced effect on the willingness to flow (standardized path coefficients are 0.242 and 0.241 respectively); (4) the individual characteristics of teachers have the least influence on the flow intention (standardization The path factor is 0.146). Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, suggestions are made to promote the rational flow of college teachers in Hebei Province.
