Transcriptome of HUVECs transfected with CAVIN3-siRNA and TUBB6-siRNA

Pathological ocular angiogenesis are hallmarks of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and wet Age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Cavin3 and Tubb6 was found to upregulated in endothelial cells (ECs) of OIR and CNV mouse models. RNA-Seq analysis was performed in HUVECs with CAVIN3 knockdown and TUBB6 knockdown treatment to explore downstream pathways using standard library construction and Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ).
