Vector^OE, p16^OE and p19^OE CD8⁺ T cells were stained with PE-anti-Thy1.1 antibody and sorted by using flow cytometry. Then, RNA was extracted with TRIzol from indicated T cells. RNA integrity was evaluated using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent). The libraries were constructed using the TruSeq RNA sample prep kit (FC­122­1001, Illumina). The libraries were then sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE150) platform, and approximately 40 million paired­end reads were generated (Novogene). RNA sequencing was conducted and the data were processed by the bioinformatic core at the Suzhou Institute of Systems Medicine.
