Anonymized first MPOX outbreak in the city of Barcelona

We present the anonymized dataset of the complete first MPOX outbreak in the city of Barcelona. Sensitive information, such as date of birth, has been reduced to the year of birth. The country of birth has been simplified to regions: Spain, Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and Latin America and the Caribbean. For geolocation, only the ZIP code of residence and the categorization in the Basic Health Area are presented. We believe that with this amount of information, the data presented is sufficiently reproducible, bur further queries can be addressed to [e-mail].
