This deposit contains two datasets used in the manuscript “Contrasting reproductive strategies and their functional consequences in two populations of Opuntia robusta”. The files include: (1) germination.csv, with seed-level germination outcomes under different pollination treatments; and (2) ovules_pollen.csv, with floral trait measurements used to estimate pollen–ovule ratios. A full README describing all variables is included.
