MD simulation trajectories of the model bacterial membrane (IMM) consisted of 75% (16:0/16:1)PE, PYPE, 20% (18:1)PG, DOPG,and 5% (16:0/18:1)CL, PVCL. The simulations are conducted in NPT ensemble at 310K in CHARMM36 force field using GROMACS v.2023+. High-temperature trajectory of 100 ns was taken as initial states (from timesteps 0, 50, 100 ns) for three deposited 1-us replicas. Writing frequency is 20 ps.
