Data Set for Identification of Stripe Rust Resistance of Yunnan wheat Landrace during the Adult Stage at Songming Experimental Site from 2021 to 2022

This data set was collected from March to April 2022 at the scientific research and test base of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural science, Xiaojie Town, Songming County, Kunming, Yunnan Province. The collection object is wheat landrace resources in Yunnan Province, and the data is the field stripe rust resistance data of wheat at the adult stage. Specifically, it includes data on the infection type, prevalence, average severity, and disease index of stripe rust traits in 264 wheat germplasm. The row labels of the table indicate the number of each resource and the corresponding survey data for four traits. The column labels are germplasm number, infection type, prevalence (%), average severity (%), and disease index.
