RNA sequencing of distinct histologic regions of primary human hepatoblastomas by Smart-3SEQ

To characterize histology-based transcriptional heterogeneity of human hepatoblastoma, Smart-3SEQ was used to perform RNA sequencing of distinct histologic regions isolated by laser capture microdissection from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded primary human hepatoblastoma specimens. Overall design: RNA sequencing was performed on 74 distinct histologic regions isolated by laser capture microdissection from 17 FFPE primary human hepatoblastoma specimens
