Sustainability Trait Preferences and Risk Attitudes among Spanish 'Gala' Apple Growers (2024–2025)

Survey data from 118 Spanish ‘Gala’ table-apple growers, combining a discrete choice experiment (DCE) on varietal traits with incentivised risk-lottery tasks grounded in Cumulative Prospect Theory (CPT). Collected October 2024–January 2025 in the provinces of Lleida, Huesca, Girona, and Zaragoza (Spain). Includes farm and farmer characteristics, DCE choices (varietal trait preferences), and CPT-based risk attitude parameters.
