Machine-guided Cell-fate Engineering

This data repository includes data generated for the study entitled Machine-guided Cell-fate Engineering. This dataset includes flow cytometry data for first-round pooled TFome screening and final populations of sequenced cells. It also includes data from functional tests of induced hepatocytes (iHeps), astrocytes (iAsts), cytotoxic T-cells (iCytoTs), and regulatory T-cells (iTregs).
