NRS-808 | Abstracts of accounts and drafts on the Treasurer returned by clergy and catechists

Prepared and signed by individual clergymen and catechists, these "balance sheets" give a summarized account of expenditure on salaries and other parish or school expenses, and drafts drawn on the Colonial Treasury to meet these expenses. The draft number is shown in a separate column, immediately before the amount credited in respect of each draft. These accounts were submitted quarterly (and after March 1831 monthly) to the Trustees by the officers preparing them.
