Understanding spatio-temporal gaps and retrieval differences in total column CO2 by four satellites using four transport model simulations (Dataset)

This dataset provides the monthly mean atmospheric CO2 model simulations spanning January 2016 through December 2019. It serves as the model data used for various inter-model and model-satellite analyses in the manuscript "Understanding spatio-temporal gaps and retrieval differences in total column CO2 by four satellites using four transport model simulations." The repository includes global 3D atmospheric CO2 concentration fields (latitude, longitude, and pressure levels) extracted from the four models: MIROC4-ACTM, COLA, NISMON and GCASv2. All datasets are provided in NetCDF format and have been strictly explicitly subset to the 2016-2019 time period.
