Data associated with a highly contiguous reference genome for Clark's Nutcracker (N. columbiana), assembled using PacBio HiFi and Dovetail Hi-C data from high molecular weight DNA from a male bird collected in Wyoming, USA and prepared as a voucher specimen for UWYMV. Contents include .fasta files of assemblies of both haplotypes, a .fasta of a mitochondrial genome assembled using MitoHifi, and a .gff of an annotation produced by Liftoff using New Caledonian Crow reference genome GCA_009650955.1.
