Ovis aries Raw sequence reads

This project is the genome resequencing data of three sheep from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China (Chahar sheep, Ujimqin sheep and Xiqi sheep). In order to explore the genetic evolutionary differences and kinship of these three kinds of sheep. And these data have been written into a paper with the title "Analysis of differences between different sheep breeds based on whole genome resequencing technology".
