DATASETS associated to the manuscript published in GEOMORPHICA Physical and Mechanical Properties of a New Analog Material (MAT-V) for Geomorphic Experiments

- The DATA folder contains measurements used to assess the particle-size distribution, density, and mechanical properties of MAT-V, in addition to scanning electron microscope photographs of the constituent granular materials. - DEM_EXP9 folder contains Digital Elevation model color maps in png format. Maps show the topographic and geomorphologic evolution of the model in Experience 9 (EXP9). - VIDEOS_MATV_EXP9 folder contains time-lapse videos (map view) of Experience 9 (EXP9) in .mov (Quicktime) and .mp4 formats. - VIDEOS_EROSION_BOX folder contains time-lapse videos (map view) in .mov (Quicktime) format of the experiments performed with the erosion box to quantify MAT-V erosive properties for different angles of inclination. - The EXPERIMENTAL_SET_UP_Pictures folder contains several photographies and videos showing the experimental set-up and associated technical devices, during and after a standard erosion box experiment.
