Overall design: The experiment consisted of six RNA samples, including three samples of ELF-EMF exposed, and three samples of sham-exposed samples.Sequencing technology: RNA-seq used to discover transcriptional alterations that occur in porcine myometrium after 2 h lasting duration of ELF-EMF treatment at a frequency of 50 Hz.
