2018-2020年上海闵行崇明农业废弃物发酵利用数据库

上海崇明区中新泰生有机示范农场条垛式堆肥、上海闵行区浦江绿谷实践基地卧式发酵罐堆肥的样品测试数据和上海崇明区向化镇农业废弃物处理生产线的基础数据，主要包括堆肥温度样品的理化性质、细菌群落多样性、病原菌毒力因子基因丰度、抗生素抗性基因丰度等数据。This dataset consists of two sets of sample test data and one set of basic data: sample test data of windrow composting at the Zhongxintaisheng Organic Demonstration Farm in Chongming District, Shanghai, sample test data of horizontal fermenter composting at the Pujiang Green Valley Practice Base in Minhang District, Shanghai, and basic data from the agricultural waste treatment production line in Xianghua Town, Chongming District, Shanghai. The main covered data include physicochemical properties of compost temperature samples, bacterial community diversity, abundance of pathogen virulence factor genes, abundance of antibiotic resistance genes, and other relevant parameters.
