Characterising the soil microbiome of kangaroo grass (Themeda triandra) across a southern Australian aridity gradient

To characterise the bacterial soil microbiome of kangaroo grass (Themeda triandra) across a southern Australian aridity gradient. We used 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing to characterise microbiota in rhizospheres and bulk soils associated with T. triandra. We applied this method to eight native populations across an gradient in southern Australia.
