根据不同类型水源地保护区的特点,结合遥感技术的监测能力,对湖库型和河流型水源保护区进行遥感监测。利用高分遥感影像,对城镇湖库型和河流型水源地内新增的风险源信息进行提取。根据湖库型和河流型水源地保护区的特点、风险源的不同、所在区域的特点,以及遥感影像的保障能力等,分步对不同区域的水源保护区进行环境风险源排查和监测。此服务包含服务所用全部卫星影像图,区域:县区级,交付时间:10个工作日,交付成果:保护区植被覆盖遥感制图,居民点空间分布与制图,工业企业空间分布与识别与变化制图,保护区内违规建设房监测制图,红线监测空间分布,保护区排污口空间分布与识别制图。

Based on the characteristics of various types of water source protection zones and combined with the monitoring capabilities of remote sensing technology, remote sensing monitoring is carried out for lake-reservoir and river type water source protection zones. Using high-resolution remote sensing images, information on newly added risk sources within urban lake-reservoir and river type water source areas is extracted. According to the characteristics of lake-reservoir and river type water source protection zones, the differences in risk sources, the features of the target regions, and the guarantee capability of remote sensing images, step-by-step environmental risk source investigation and monitoring are conducted for water source protection zones in different regions. This service includes all satellite image maps used in the service. The service covers county and district level regions, with a delivery time of 10 working days. The deliverables include remote sensing mapping of vegetation coverage in protection zones, spatial distribution and mapping of residential areas, spatial distribution, identification and change mapping of industrial enterprises, monitoring mapping of illegally constructed buildings within protection zones, spatial distribution of red line monitoring, and spatial distribution and identification mapping of sewage outfalls in protection zones.
