Transcriptome analysis of NK92 teated with PPMX-T003 for connectivity scoring analysis

PPMX-T003, an humanized anti-transferrin receptor 1 inhibitory antibody, has anti-neoplastic potential against mature NK cell neoplasms. However, its molecular mechanism is not elucidated. To investigate, we performed RNAseq of NK92 cells treated with PPMX-T003 to obtain defferentially expressed gene signature and compared it to those of well-known anti-neoplastic agents for prediction of similarity in transcriptomic change. Overall design: NK92 cells were in vitro cultured for 18 hours, then equally splitted into two plates, followed by additional 6 hours cultivation with/without 10 µg/mL PPMX-T003.
