Supplementary dataset for Multi-disciplinary evidence illuminates the speciation history of a monophyletic yet dimorphic lily group

This is the supplementary dataset for the manuscript "Multi-disciplinary evidence illuminates the speciation history of a monophyletic yet dimorphic lily group" submitted to the journal Plant Biodiversity. 1. The folder "model_configurations" contains all the configuration files of models list in Table S6 in the fastsimcoal2 analyses. 2. The folder "model23-bestrun" contains outputs of the scenario with the best likelihood. The "model_evaluation" in this folder contains observed (*.obs) and simulated (*.txt) 2D-SFSs of the best run, as well as illustrations comparing the observed and simulated 2D-SFSs (*.pdf).
