Datasets and code for "Divergent responses of maize yield to precipitation in the United States"

This is the code and datasets for ERL paper "Divergent responses of maize yield to precipitation in the United States".Datasets mainly include rainfed/irrigated maize yield and its response to precipitaion together with PRISM/ AgMerra climate data. All the prcoessing and ploting code were written in R. The detailed description for code and datasets are in "The dataset and code description file.ipynb".本资源为ERL期刊论文《美国玉米产量对降水的差异化响应》（原标题：Divergent responses of maize yield to precipitation in the United States）配套的代码与数据集。数据集主要涵盖雨养/灌溉玉米产量数据、玉米产量对降水的响应数据，以及PRISM、AgMerra气候数据集。所有数据处理与绘图代码均使用R语言编写。代码与数据集的详细说明收录于《The dataset and code description file.ipynb》文件中。
