Callerya dielsiana is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb, yet its pharmacodynamic material basis remains unclear. To comprehensively elucidate its chemical profile, this study employed Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography- Quadrupole-Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) to analyze Callerya dielsianasamples collected from Yunnan, Hubei, Guangxi, and other regions. A total of 41 compounds were preliminarily identified from 8 batches of samples, primarily including 28 flavonoids, 3 lignans, 2 amino acids, and 8 organic acids. A chemical constituent dataset for Callerya dielsianawas established, which can provide data support for the quality evaluation, pharmacodynamic substance screening, and subsequent development and utilization of this medicinal material.
